Lick N’ Bite is keeping Hanoi cool with gelato you’ll want to take selfies with and can feel good about indulging in.

Hanoians are no strangers to the joy (sometimes salvation) of ice cream in the summer. People are eating it everywhere you look. So how does a shop go about making ice cream even more enticing? Make it with hormone-free milk, no preservatives, no artificial flavours and quality toppings. Did we mention it’s incredibly beautiful?
Lick N’ Bite begins with a blank canvas of pastel-coloured gelato– coffee, passion fruit, matcha, chocolate, mint, kiwi, and on. Then they dip and layer chocolate and caramel, sprinkle and swirl nuts and waffle cone until it’s a foodie’s abstract expressionist dreamsicle. Of course this piece of art is not meant to last, but if you manage to keep it out of the heat (or your mouth) long enough, you may just have time to take a photo, because we know you want to.
