What inspires your designs?
Travel, particularly solo-travel. It is easier to soak in and retain inspiration when another person isn’t there to distract you. Your senses are completely dedicated to what’s around you.
What was the last truly revolutionary innovation in the world of design?
Tesla / Space X
What are your favourite working conditions & materials?
Relaxed, in the early morning or late at night. Coffee, an open mind, lots of blank A4s and a creative partner to bounce ideas with.
What should good design be?
Good design is thoughtful, meaningful, and has a good reason to exist.

The Lab will be exhibiting ‘The Nest’ at Hanoi Design.Now. It is an attempt to make the rather dull act of buying insurance as pleasant as having a coffee, by turning the interior of an insurance company into a stylish coffee shop. It is ‘a company of creatives who designs spaces, products and experience’ in Ho Chi Minh City. Their core team and network of freelancers offer creative service from graphic design and 3D art to interior design and advertisement.
