The highlight of this year’s Experimen.TET – Hanoi Rock City‘s annual experimental music event – is Serbian born, Myanmar based composer and electronic musician Rastko. Rastko has been experimenting with a modular synthesiser and pushing sound to its limits since the mid 90s, so the man knows what he is doing. This is a little intro to what he is planning for Hanoi this weekend and serves as a taster of what could happen on the night.

Rastko will be hosting a tutorial and discussion about modular synthesizers and the Soundplane at Hầm Hành, 170 Đội Cấn, Ba Đình on 26 February at 6pm. Followed by an intro to the concept behind the Night of Clutter by Brett Zweiman who will also be performing. As wil. Dee.F with Chu Minh, Hương Na, Thuỳ Dung, Thanh Huyền, Lương Huệ Trinh and Sound Awakener.
Day 2 is at Hanoi Rock City on 27 February with Rastko, Trí Minh, DMN SLYR, Szkieve and Mathias Rossignol with Sylvain Streiff, Vũ Đinh Trọng Thắng on the line up.
Admission is 100.000 VND, the workshops are free.
