There’s not huge amounts to tell you about Indonesian designer Januar Rianto. He doesn’t have a long and illustrious career, nor does he have a trophy cabinet stuffed full of of awards. To be fair he’s in only 24. And actually, he does have a couple of awards, thank you very much. Januar studied graphic design at Middlesex University in the UK and is now in Jakarta, Indonesia currently at agency Artnivora.
What Januar does have by the bucket full is a hugely appealing and creative approach to typography and design. Type takes centre stage in many of his designs. We expect interesting things of this designer.
